Alphabet Motion is an online platform that will enable you to browse for your new vehicle at your leisure. Deals will be based on a Credit Sale Agreement with flexible contract terms to fit your unique requirements, with the option to choose from a wide range of models.

Useful information

Eligibility is subject to the following:

Age 18 years and over to enter into a Credit Sale Agreement.
Anyone who holds a valid full driving licence and is in permanent employment with Oracle at the time of delivery of the vehicle.
A successful credit check.

    • If Alphabet Motion doesn’t recognise your details, a button will appear for you to register your account for the first time
    • Fill in the relevant information and click to Submit
    • You’ll receive an email to verify your account as soon as your registration has been approved by Alphabet, then you’re ready to go!

    If you already have an Alphabet Motion account:

    • Simply enter the company that you work for. Check your spelling here, it’s really important!
    • Add the email address and password you used when registering your profile
    • Click Login to unlock a range of attractive offers

    Browse your range of attractive offers on a variety of makes and models, whenever you choose.

    To enquire about an offer, submit your request for a formal quotation. A member of the team will create your bespoke quote and will be in touch via email as soon as it’s loaded into Alphabet Motion.

    Once you are happy with your quote, you will need to complete a Credit Application to submit the order to us.

    When completing the application, please make sure you have the following details to hand:

    • Personal information, including a copy of your valid photo card driving licence
    • Residential address for the past 3 years (required for the credit application)
    • Detail regarding recent employment history (required for the credit application)
    • Payment information including bank address (if applicable to your order)

    Alphabet will carry out a credit check, referring back to you if any further information is required. Please note: The Credit Reference Agency will place a search footprint on your credit file that may be seen by other lenders. 

    Loyalty Bonus

    At the end of your Agreement, if you choose to take another new vehicle through Alphabet Motion, you will receive a Loyalty Bonus. Full details of the Loyalty Bonus can be obtained through the Oracle Helpline on 0370 50 50 190.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that your car is fully comprehensively insured for the duration of the Agreement. Please note that if your vehicle is required for business use, you will need to ensure that the appropriate insurance cover is included.

    Maintenance service and repairs includes normal wear and tear of exhausts, replacement batteries, tyres, puncture repair and the replacement of tyres due to irreparable punctures within a fair play tyre policy. 

    It will be your responsibility to book the car in for all servicing, maintenance and repairs, and to have the service record book duly stamped after each service.  Click here to book your vehicle in for a service or repairs. 

    If Alphabet maintenance is included, you must arrange for any work to be undertaken at an Alphabet approved service centre.

    Please note: if your vehicle is a 4x4 or hybrid you may be prompted to call the Oracle Driver Helpline on 0370 50 50 190 rather than complete your booking online, therefore we can easily identify if a technical tyre match is required.

    Three to six months before the end of the Agreement, Alphabet will send you detailed information about how to order your next vehicle. 

    At the end of the Agreement, you will have two options:

    • Pay the final instalment and any additional mileage charges and keep the car.
    • Subject to your compliance with the Credit Sale Agreement and meeting the required return standards, you can sell the car to Alphabet for a sum equivalent to the final instalment.

    In both cases, providing you have covered no more than the total agreed mileage, you will have nothing further to pay. 

    Condition of the car

    Fair wear and tear reflecting the period of use is acceptable. However, you must have any damage over and above this rectified at your expense by an authorised dealer of the manufacturer before your car is returned. 

    If such repairs have not been carried out, or have been completed to an unsatisfactory standard, the cost of rectification will be notified and invoiced to you. Alphabet’s fair wear and tear guidelines are those produced by the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association).     As your vehicle is registered in your name, care of Alphabet (GB) Ltd., Alphabet receive all parking fines and road traffic offences.  At the time we receive them, we will issue an advanced notification to ensure you are aware how this will be dealt with and the charges involved.

    For Fixed Penalty Notices, these are automatically paid by us and recharged to you along with any associated admin fees.

    For private parking fines and road traffic offences (speeding) we make representation to the Issuing Authority, providing them with details of the driver so they can reissue the documentation. There is an associated administration fee which will be recharged directly to you.

    Please be aware you will need to source your own insurance for the test drive.

    Quotes will be valid for a period of 30 days. Please note, should there be a manufacturer price change or changes to taxation during this time, you may be asked to resubmit your quotation to reflect this change.

    No, the quote you will receive from the online quotation and order system is fixed.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that your car is fully comprehensively insured for the duration of the agreement. Please note that if your car is required for business use, you will need to ensure that the appropriate insurance cover is included.

    Once the car has been built and is in the UK the supplying dealer will contact you to arrange delivery to you at a convenient location.

    If you wish to keep the car and are leaving Oracle for whatever reason, please let us know and we will send you a Transfer Pack to complete to move your payments over to direct debit.  It is important to do this as early as possible in order to stay up to date with your payments.

    If you wish to hand the vehicle back we would need to obtain an Early Termination figure for you to settle the agreement early. Or you can settle early and purchase the car.

    Once the vehicle has been returned to us at the end of contract and the vehicle has been terminated, a cheque will be requested for the amount owed back to you. The cheque will be posted out to your home address. Please note, if the contract is settled and car returned early or purchased at the end or throughout the contract, you will not be entitled to a mileage rebate.
