Booking an Alphabet Share Vehicle

Our award-winning answer to corporate carsharing, Alphabet Share, gives you keyless access to a range of vehicles (including electric, hybrid and commercial) as and when you need them.

You can make an Alphabet Share booking through the booking portal or app, and our team is always available to support you 24/7.

Please note, Alphabet Share is only available to drivers if your company has signed up for this service with us.

How to book your Alphabet Share vehicle

The first time you use Alphabet Share, you'll need to register and become a member. Your internal Fleet Team will provide you with a link to your business' booking portal, where you'll need to complete the 'New Registration' form.

Your step by step guide

1. Making a new booking

To begin a new booking log into the booking portal, then select the times and dates you need the vehicle along with your preferred pickup location. Click 'Search' to see your vehicle options.

2. Finalise your booking

Once you've chosen your vehicle, click 'Select' to see the estimate cost, and then fill in the required fields and click 'Reserve it'.

3. Booking confirmation

Look out for an email confirming your booking details (you'll also be shown your confirmation on-screen).

4. Getting going

When you arrive at your Alphabet Share vehicle, use the App to unlock the vehicle. Then use your unique PIN to remove the keys from the pad in the glovebox. Complete and confirm the check for damage, and you're ready to go!

5. Ending your booking

Once you're finished with your vehicle, return it to the parking space you collected it from. Turn off the engine, put the keys back in the PIN pad, answer the questions on the pad, and exit the vehicle. Open the App, and click 'lock' to lock the doors and end your session.
