15 January 2026, Farnborough, UK: Leasing and mobility expert Alphabet (GB) has been independently certified as a Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute for the thirteenth consecutive year.
It’s the third year on the spin that Alphabet – in conjunction with BMW Financial Services (GB) – has moved up the leaderboard among a distinguished group of high-performing companies across the UK.
The certification is awarded to employers who exhibit outstanding employee conditions, cultivate talent across all levels, and strive to continue to excel in the excellent people and employment practices.
The Top Employers Institute Programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains, which comprise over 250 questions across 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion and more.
Alphabet and BMW Financial Services achieved an impressive percentage score of 95.28%, which is 9:57% above the global benchmark, to collectively be recognised as a 2026 Top Employer for their commitment to the working environment, exemplary HR policies and ‘people-first’ initiatives.
Mike Dennett, Chief Executive Officer for Alphabet (GB) and BMW Financial Services (GB), said: “To be certified as a Top Employer for a thirtieth consecutive year is a real accolade. It strengthens our reputation and independently validates that we walk the talk and lead by example to generate the best outcomes for our team members and, ultimately, how we serve our customers.
“By investing in our people, we create a culture where team members are valued, supported, and inspired to be the best version of themselves. This helps to attract and retain the best talent who are integral to the success of our businesses.
“When we have a shared purpose and strong alignment we can achieve great things. Our teams feel more connected and take greater ownership and pride in their work, which is a win-win for all concerned.
“I’m a firm believer that positivity breeds positivity, and I couldn’t be happier with our business and personal achievements over the past 12 months,” added Dennett.
