Don’t admit liability – this includes apologising. Switch on hazard lights and display a warning triangle. If there are injuries, damage or an obstruction, call 112. Wait in a safe place, don’t attempt to move the injured. Stay until the emergency services arrive. Collect as much information as possible.

We offer support at all hours, with tailored accident management solutions, preferential rates, and reduced lead times from our network of top-quality repair centres. This ensures you get your fleet vehicles back on the road as quickly as possible.
We are able to provide Accident Management services for vehicles which are not funded by Alphabet. Speak to your Alphabet account manager for more information.
We recommend that you report the accident to our dedicated Accident Management team as soon as possible and once you are in a safe location.
Drivers should contact the 24-hour hotline to provide full details, complete and send the notice of claim form within the same timeframe, and, by law, also report the incident to the police within 24 hours if any damage occurred.
