Damaged vehicle? We've got you covered. Here’s what happens next
We recommend that you report the accident to our dedicated Accident Management team as soon as possible and once you are in a safe location.
Drivers should contact the 24-hour hotline to provide full details, complete and send the notice of claim form within the same timeframe, and, by law, also report the incident to the police within 24 hours if any damage occurred.
