Alphabet Carbon Manager

Drive measurable sustainability

This is our digital solution to track, understand and reduce your fleet’s CO₂ emissions by combining real-time insights, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) ready reports and actionable data in one place.

From insight to impact: take control of your fleet’s carbon footprint

Reliable CO₂ management starts with reliable data. Alphabet Carbon Manager shows where your fleet’s emissions come from, and where you could make the most reductions. With it, you can define your Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) goals, track progress, and create reports for both internal and external stakeholders. The software we devised with partner Plan A allows you to gauge, document, and manage emissions, whether you’re at the beginning or already well on the way to net zero.

About the Alphabet Carbon Manager

Measure. Analyse. Reduce. On one platform.

Up-to-date figures and vehicle-level data, including all relevant emissions categories, give a clear overview of your fleet’s CO₂ performance. Find out where you stand today and what’s driving your footprint.

Define CO₂ objectives that match your business ambitions. Whether it’s regulatory compliance, internal ESG targets or net zero, you can track where you are and what to do to meet targets.

Save time and meet reporting requirements with ready-to-use ESG summaries. The platform generates CO₂ data usable for internal reviews, sustainability reporting, or regulatory submissions.

The tool doesn’t just visualise your footprint, it helps reduce it. Based on your data, it will suggest practical action such as electrification, fleet sizing, or policy adjustments.

Decarbonise your fleet with one smart tool

Measuring

Using your real fleet data, the Alphabet Carbon Manager analyses emissions, identifies key drivers and defines realistic reduction potential – always tailored to your operational setup.

Reporting

Clear reporting builds trust and enables action. From ESG compliance to internal benchmarking, the Alphabet Carbon Manager provides automated reports that make your sustainability efforts measurable and manageable – and support Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements.

Controlling

Reducing emissions isn’t a one-off task – it requires continuous control. With live data, automated alerts and smart dashboards, the Alphabet Carbon Manager helps you actively steer your fleet’s CO₂ output and stay aligned with your sustainability goals.

Want to stay ahead of the curve?

Our latest European Fleet Emission Monitor examines the increasing focus on companies improving their fleet emissions. While more data is available, many organisations struggle to turn this information into meaningful action. This report highlights the need for digital integration and habit changes to transform data into real change.

European Fleet Emission Monitor 2025

Fleet emissions scopes according to the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol

Scope 1

Direct fleet emissions

Emissions from vehicles your company owns or operates directly, like business miles driven with company vehicles that have combustion engines.

Scope 2

Indirect emissions from energy use

Emissions from purchased electricity used to charge electric vehicles, that is generated externally, but consumed by your fleet operations.

Scope 3

Indirect emissions across the value chain

All other fleet-related emissions outside your direct control, including commuting with private vehicles, external logistic or leased assets.

Got questions? We’ve got answers

You can reduce your fleet’s carbon footprint by adopting eco-driving, optimising routes, switching to lower-emission vehicles, and reviewing fleet composition. Alphabet Carbon Manager supports this by showing where emissions come from and where the biggest reduction opportunities lie.

Net zero emissions means not adding extra greenhouse gases to the air. We do this by cutting down what we produce and balancing the rest by removing or offsetting it.

It starts by looking at each vehicle in your fleet — things like the size of the vehicle, the type of fuel it uses, how much it carries, and how far it’s driven. From there, we work out how much fuel the fleet has used overall, which then tells us how much CO₂ has been released into the air — and that gives you your carbon footprint.
