Halpin is the lynchpin to develop Alphabet’s Partner Regional Manager role

Posted 13/04/2026

14 April 2026, Farnborough, UK: Leading business mobility provider Alphabet (GB) has appointed Mia Halpin to the role of Partner Regional Manager to further strengthen its broker channel proposition.

Halpin will oversee the day-to-day management and deliver growth within her new south of England region. This includes leading projects to review and improve processes within the Partner channel, drawing on her attributes from previous indirect sales roles.

As part of her regional secondment, Halpin has already started to review how Alphabet promotes and trains Partners through its service, maintenance, repair and tyre offering.

Speaking of her appointment, Halpin said: “I’m really pleased to step into the Partner Regional Manager role and I’m excited by the scope of responsibilities that come with the position.

“I have always enjoyed working closely with our brokers – to support their continued growth – and to build strong relationships to ensure we continue to deliver an excellent experience for our customers. I see this role as a pivotal opportunity to broaden my knowledge and take on new challenges to support our Partners,” she added.

Meanwhile, Hollie Crumlish, Head of Broker Partnerships for Alphabet (GB), said: “Over the past six months, Mia has supported our Partners in a similar business development role, showcasing a strong commitment to elevate the Alphabet brand.

“Her secondment into the Partner Regional Manager position is a natural progression. It will enable Mia to take on a more hands-on role, while assuming full responsibility of a key business territory,” added Crumlish.

Since joining Alphabet as a data analyst in 2022, Halpin has demonstrated strong commercial acumen and gained the expertise to succeed in the commercial roles that she has undertaken. This will be key to unlocking new opportunities and driving growth over the next year.
