For service or repair work on Alphabet vehicles

Swift and simple

If you have all the necessary information at hand, we can quickly give you the authorisation you need for service or repair work totalling more than CHF 500 (incl. VAT) with a minimum of fuss.

You’ll receive service authorisation quickly and with a minimum of fuss in just three steps:

Identification of the driver

Please ask for the Alphabet fuel/charging card. You’ll find the main details of the lease agreement on the card. Alternatively, customers can find their contract number in the Alphabet app or can obtain it from their fleet manager.

Categorisation of the enquiry

We use two different authorisation systems to authorise service and repair work.

  • Service work: for service work totalling more than CHF 500 (incl. VAT), you can obtain authorisation using the contact form below (if the information you submit is correct and complete, you will receive authorisation, incl. an authorisation number, within 60 minutes during our business hours). At busier times, it may take up to three hours to send you authorisation. We ask for your understanding if this is the case. You do not need an authorisation number for repairs as per manufacturer requirements totalling less than CHF 500.
  • Damage (body damage, damage caused by animals, etc.): if the vehicle is damaged, you can request authorisation by phone.

Obtain authorisation

  • Damage (body damage, damage caused by animals, etc.): report the damage to the Alphabet Claims Centre on +41 800 818 418

  • Service work: submit the quote using the following web form. Please ensure that the quote includes the following details:

    • Return address: company/branch, address, postcode, town

    • Billing address: Alphabet Fleet Management (Switzerland) Ltd, Industriestrasse 20, 8157 Dielsdorf

    • Driver’s lease agreement number (see Alphabet fuel/charging card; 4******)

    • Customer’s name (see Alphabet fuel/charging)

    • Vehicle registration number

    • Chassis number

    • Current mileage

    • Fully itemised invoice

Note: claims for consumables and incidentals will not be accepted. Invoices that do not comply with the authorisation process will be rejected and remain unpaid.
