An improved dashboard
The next step in the digital transformation of the fleet business is the revamped Fleet Reporting with a new interface, better user experience and more KPIs. This version offers a streamlined, modern look, and the completely redesigned dashboard provides access to features that make managing your fleet even easier and more efficient. It provides a real-time overview of the relevant fleet data. The revised design is based on key considerations including the feedback received from our users. With their assistance, we were able to develop important KPIs and other new useful features.
Improved sustainability report
To make your sustainability reports even more meaningful, Fleet Reporting offers six KPIs for evaluating the entire energy chain. In all three areas of the energy chain, you can now display the actual CO2 emissions in tonnes per year as well as the average real CO2 emissions per year in g/km. We take the issue of sustainability quite seriously and always look to optimise it. You will therefore also find enhancements to meaningful key figures that will be relevant to you in the future.
Detecting fuel and charging fraud
The front end provides a detailed overview of the consumption of fuel and electrical charging, making it easier to detect suspicious refuelling or charging operations. You can use this information to ensure compliance and proper use of the fuelling and charging cards provided.
Mobile use
You can view your fleet reports at any time, no matter where you are. Fleet Reporting is mobile-friendly and can be run directly on your smartphone or tablet. The front end automatically adjusts to the screen size of your mobile device. The user interface, which features navigation that is particularly intuitive, also offers a seamless user experience when switching from PC to mobile device – or vice versa.
