Our claims management staff will arrange all of the services required – we will provide optimal support on the spot, organising the breakdown service, a courtesy car, repairs and the insurance-related aspect of the accident, whether in Switzerland or abroad.

Alphabet focuses on you. Contact us quickly and easily via the Alphabet app and enjoy access to our services 24 hours a day. Do you want to report a claim or cash expenses? You can now submit your applications in connection with your leased vehicle via the Alphabet app, saving you valuable time. In addition, the app gives you access to information on the lease term and mileage, as well as an overview of the services included and the end date of your lease agreement. Aside from the nearest fuel, tyre and garage partners, you can now also quickly find a nearby bodywork partner.
