Renewing Your Contract

Approximately 6 months before your contract is due to end (or 12 months in the case of some businesses), we’ll contact you to discuss ordering a replacement vehicle. This may seem early, but we work to this schedule to allow for manufacturer lead times and vehicle sourcing.

Depending on your company car policy, our Sales team will help you choose the vehicle that best suits your needs (whether stock or factory) and arrange a test drive. The team can also offer guidance on any Benefit-in-Kind rules that apply.

We’ll always make sure you remain mobile throughout your renewal with a Key4Key handover process at point of delivery (if applicable).

If your company car policy allows, there may be the option for you, a friend, or family member to take ownership of your current car.
