Contract data

You can check your vehicle’s most important data, take a look at your contracts and book mobility services in no time. To get this information, you just have to first scan the QR codes printed in your welcome letter you recieve with your Alphabet App. So jump aboard. A whole world is open to you now on your smartphone.

Damage management

Have you been involved in an accident or had some misfortune? The Alphabet App gives you the help you need, when you need it, wherever you see it. It enables a fast and uncomplicated, on-site damage assessment. In just a few steps, you can report the damage and send photos of the scene and your vehicle. In the event of a claim, the Alphabet App gives you direct access to the experienced experts on the Alphabet service hotline – around the clock.

Good to know: The Alphabet App also includes an emergency quick call feature. This will be, by default, your local emergency number (e.g., 112 in Germany).

Swift service partner search

Drivers are directed to the nearest of 1,000 authorised partner workshops. This saves time and expense, and you can also take advantage of many additional benefits – such as the online appointment booking tool.

Benefits of using the service partner search:

  • Online booking tool for appointments with garages as well as glass and tyre workshops
  • Additional information such as opening hours or telephone numbers of service partners
  • Notifications of promotional activities by selected service partners such as free car washes
  • BMW customers can continue to take advantage of all the BMW Business Card benefits

Good to know: The Service Request feature helps you to request a service appointment.

Maintenance, MOT, repairs & service

A little care and attention goes a long way. The Alphabet App will help you find the best way to take care of your vehicle – from regular check-ups and repairs to seasonal tyre changes. You will even get push notifications reminding you in good time to arrange an appointment or that your vehicle is due for an MOT.

Good to know: If you have spent your private money, you can use the app to quickly reclaim any costs. When submitting your claims just link your lease agreement with the app and state the relevant reasons for your payments.

Claims for expenses and refunds

We’ve thought of everything. If it has been agreed that you can claim certain personal expenses such as fuel on a company car managed by Alphabet, this can be done in the Alphabet App. It is easy and hassle-free. Just remember to take a photo of the receipts and attach them when you complete your claim.

Good to know: If you have spent your private money, you can use the app to quickly reclaim any costs. When submitting your claims just link your lease agreement with the app and state the relevant reasons for your payments.

Travelling abroad & insurance card

If you are planning a journey abroad in your lease car you will require an insurance card. The Alphabet App enables you to easily generate your digital insurance card and share it digitally on different channels. Please complete the forms and leave your contact details. Please don’t go away without:

  • Your driving licence • Your motor insurance certificate and insurance contact details
  • The vehicle registration document (form V5); alternatively, a VE103 form can replace the requirement for a V5
  • Authorisation from your employer and/or the leasing company if you don't own the car
  • Your passport/ID card

Mileage tracker

With the Alphabet App, you can easily monitor your mileage so you can ensure that you remain on track relative to the contracted maximum mileage allowed. This also enables your company to maintain a simple and comprehensive mileage registration in accordance with the regulations of the relevant tax authorities. Fleet managers also get a complete overview of the excess or under-mileage of leased vehicles.

Good to know: The Mileage Report feature lets users capture journey data and use this when submitting documents to the authorities as part of a tax declaration.
