WARSAW 01/08/2022 - From August 1, 2022, the Management Board and Committee of Alphabet Polska Fleet Management changes. The functions of CEO and CFO will be held respectively by George Belsis and Andreas Koser, who simultaneously hold similar functions in BMW Financial Services Polska.

Changes in the structure of the Management Board of Alphabet Polska, a BMW Group company, were dictated by the desire to combine the strongest points of both companies - Alphabet and BMW Financial Services - so that they could jointly offer customers even better quality and efficiency in cooperation. Alphabet Polska will invariably specialize in long-term car rental services of all car brands available on the Polish market.

Geoge Belsis, the new CEO of Alphabet Polska, knows the specifics of the Polish market very well. Since 2015 he was a CFO, and for the last 3 years he held a position of CEO at BMW Financial Services Polska.

George has been associated with the BMW Group since 2006 - from positions at BMW Austria Bank in Athens, through the function of Country Controller for the Europe region in Munich, Head of Risk Management & Controlling at BMW Austria Bank in Athens and Country & Risk Controller in BMW Bank in Munich.

Andreas Koser, the new CFO of Alphabet Polska, has been in our market since October 2021, when he took the position of CFO at BMW Financial Services Polska.

Andreas started his professional career at BMW Group in 1997, when, as a Master of Business Administration, he joined the team as a Manager of Group Reporting in Munich. Then he worked as the Chief Accountant at the BMW engine plant in Birmingham / United Kingdom, as a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy in Munich, and as the Head of Supplier Risk Management in procurement in Munich. In 2016 Andreas took the position of CFO of BMW Financial Services South Africa in Johannesburg, and in October 2021, the position of CFO of BMW Financial Services Polska.

Aymeric Poilpot, the former CFO of Alphabet Polska, was nominated as proxy of Alphabet Polska and will take up the newly created position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for both companies - Alphabet Polska and BMW Financial Services Polska.

Aymeric has been associated with the BMW Group since 2000, for the first 13 years at BMW Finance in France, where he worked his way to the position of CRO, and then at BMW Bank in Munich. For the last 5 years, Aymeric has successfully performed his duties as CFO at Alphabet Polska.

Michał Chudzik, Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Iwona Mitek, Chief Operational Officer (COO), remain in their positions and as  proxies of the Alphabet Polska.

Helmut Hoidn, the former CEO of Alphabet Polska, will take up new duties at the BMW Group headquarters in Munich from August this year.
