1. 1.  INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBSITE AND TERMS OF USE

 

1.1.      These Terms of Use specify how the Alphabet website, to be found under: https://www.alphabet.com/pl-pl, (further referred to as: the “Website”) can be used by individual Users free of charge.

 

1.2.      The owner of the Alphabet website authorised to dispose of its resources is Alphabet Polska Fleet Management sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at 22a Wołoska Street, 02-675 Warsaw (further referred to as the “Controller”)

 

 

2. DEFINITIONS

 

2.1.      ControllerAlphabet Polska Fleet Management sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: 22a Wołoska Street, 02-675 Warsaw, entered in the business register of the Polish Court Register kept by the District Court for the city Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Economic Division of the Polish Court Register under number: KRS 0000032610, holding tax identification number (NIP) 5262544241, with a share capital of PLN 75,189,500.00;

2.2.     Terms of Use – these Terms of Use.

 

2.3.      GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

 

2.4.      Website – website run by the Controller, to be found under: https://www.alphabet.com/pl-pl.

 

2.5.      User – any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more of the services or functionalities described in the Terms of Use.

 

 

3. 1.  GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

 

3.1.      The Website is designed to provide information, to present the Controller’s offer and publish materials, specifically, those related to the Car Fleet Management solutions offered.

 

3.2.      The dedicated contact forms to be found on the Website in the “Contact Us” tab can be used to, inter alia:

 

3.2.1. inquire about the services offered by the Controller;

3.2.2. ask a question about the services used;

3.2.3. make a complaint;

3.2.4. indicate a convenient time and place for the ordered vehicle to be collected;

3.2.5. submit an application for authorisation to travel abroad;

3.2.6. report damage.

3.3.      The Terms of Use define the type and scope of services provided electronically on the Website, as well as the conditions for agreements to be concluded and terminated and the rules for the use of the Website by Users, and the rules for using its additional functionalities.

 

3.4.      The agreement to provide access to the Website is concluded on the terms and conditions set out in the Terms of Use, for a non-fixed term, with the User having effectively called up the Website URL in the browser window of their device or having been redirected to the Website (i.e. once the User has entered the Website); the agreement to provide access to the Website is terminated with the User having left the Website.

 

3.5.      The use of the Website is possible on condition that the ICT system used by the User meets the following minimum technical requirements:

 

3.5.1.    an internet-connected device with a web browser that supports HTML5 and PDF installed and ready to use;

 

3.5.2.    enabled cookies and javascript in your web browser.

 

3.6.     The recommended screen resolution for displaying the Website is 1280 pixels.

 

3.7.     No fees are charged or collected for the use of the Website.

 

3.8.      The User must use the Website in accordance with the law and good customs, taking into account personal rights and intellectual property rights, in particular copyright, vested in the Controller or third parties.

 

3.9.      The User may use the Website exclusively for their own personal use. This means that the User is not allowed to use the data or any other material on the Website, whether or not protected by copyright, for commercial purposes.

 

3.10.  The Controller declares that materials and information published on the Website are collected and edited with due diligence. However, given the specific nature of the services provided, the Controller will not be held liable for the information provided as the Website resources being true, correct and factually accurate.

 

3.11.  The User must not take any action that would affect the proper operation of the Website. Specifically, the Website content must not be interfered with in any way whatsoever.

 

3.12.  The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content using the Website.

 

 

4. 1.  COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE

 

4.1.     In the event of any reservations regarding the Website operation, the User may submit a complaint in any manner they choose, in particular via the contact form provided on the Website in the “Contact” tab (https://www.alphabet.com/pl-pl/kontakt).

4.2.      All complaints, including those relating to the provision of electronic services, will be dealt with promptly, up to 14 calendar days of the complaint being filed. The complainant will receive a response in an email sent to the email address they indicated on the form.

 

 

5. 1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

 

5.1.      The personal data of the Users using the services provided through the Website is processed as described in the Privacy Policy to be found in the “Privacy Policy” tab, linked in the footer of the Website.

 

 

6. 1.    AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS OF USE

 

6.1.      The Controller may unilaterally amend the Terms of Use to the extent that they have not been individually agreed with the User for legitimate reasons. In particular, the occurrence of one of the following circumstances is regarded as a legitimate reason:

6.1.1.    generally applicable law in the Republic of Poland or its interpretation by courts or public administration authorities has changed to the extent that such change modifies the content of the Terms of Use or imposes an obligation on the Controller to modify such content in a specific manner;

 

6.1.2.    the Controller has introduced new functionalities of the Website or modified their current scope – in such case, the content of the Terms of Use may be changed to the extent it refers to such new functionalities.

 

6.2.     The Controller notifies the User at least of the following by publishing the relevant information on the Website:

 

6.2.1.    the content of the proposed amendment to the Terms of Use;

 

6.2.2.    effective date of the amendment made;

 

6.2.3.    the uniform content of the amended Terms of Use.

 

6.3.      The amendment to the Terms of Use will not apply to the agreements to provide services concluded before the amended Terms of Use have become effective. Such agreements will be governed by the provisions of the Terms of Use in force on the date when the User declared themselves willing to conclude an agreement to provide services.

 

 

7. 1.   FINAL PROVISIONS

 

7.1.      The Terms of Use enter into force on 20 January 2026.

 

7.2.      Issues not regulated by the Terms of Use are governed by the relevant legal provisions. For the avoidance of doubt, it is understood that nothing in these Terms of Use limits the Users rights under the laws of the Republic of Poland. Where such provision is found to exist, the provisions of the applicable law will be applied without exception.

 

7.3.      Disputes arising from the Terms of Use that cannot be resolved amicably by the User and the Controller will be settled by a competent common court.
