Vehicles are provided under a long-term rental or operating lease agreement. The contract term is a minimum of 6 months for a rental agreement or 24 months for a lease agreement, and the scope of services includes at least three maintenance services (including mechanical service).

By using off-balance sheet financing, you don't reduce your company's creditworthiness while simultaneously reducing operating costs – Alphabet Polska is entitled to a VAT deduction on vehicle purchases, allowing financial payments to be calculated based on the net price of the vehicles. Car rental payments remain tax-deductible, and you can deduct VAT from the monthly fee up to the permitted amount.

This service is similar to long-term leasing. The primary difference lies in the number of additional services – in an operating lease with maintenance services, contrary to appearances, there is no requirement to opt for mechanical service, and the agreement must include at least two of the maintenance services.
