Reimbursement of cash expenses

Have you had to pay vehicle costs yourself as an exception? If these costs are covered by your agreement, you can simply submit them to Alphabet and we will reimburse you with no hassle. You can do this either via the Alphabet app or by submitting a reimbursement request.

Do you have a concern regarding your vehicle and need a service partner, dealer or garage that can do a service for you or help in some other way? Use the service partner search to find the most suitable partner in your area.

Is your vehicle damaged? Or do you need the breakdown service? Then we’ll be glad to help and take care of everything for you. To report damage, please use the Alphabet app, the claim form or the telephone hotline on +41 800 818 418.

Vehicle return made easy

Four simple steps for returning your vehicle

  • Report any damage in advance.
  • Remove all personal items and delete your personal data. 
  • Ensure the vehicle is complete, including any leased options and accessories. 
  • Return the vehicle clean and in good condition, both inside and out.

Please hand over these items:

 

  • Vehicle registration document.
  • Original and spare keys (including codes).
  • Audio/owner’s manuals, warning triangle, mats and other accessories. Avoid additional costs by double-checking everything before returning the vehicle.

You can return your vehicle at either: 

 

  • An official place of return
  • A dealer*

 

*NB: when returning to a dealer, only the mileage and on-site collection will be confirmed. The final damage inspection will then be carried out by Alphabet, which may lead to unexpected costs. Returning to Alphabet drop-off centres or official return locations avoids this risk. Always schedule your return appointment by phone and check with your employer for any special arrangements.

As the lessee, you are responsible for deregistering your vehicle. When you have completed all these steps and returned the vehicle, please terminate your lease agreement to avoid unnecessary costs.
