In the event of deviations from the contractually agreed mileage, Alphabet proposes an adjustment to the individual lease agreement so that there are no nasty surprises – due to excess mileage, for example – at the end of the contract. The consumption controls also enable excessive consumption to be identified and optimisation measures to be taken in a timely manner.

Services

You always have full control over your vehicle fleet’s fuel and charging costs – Alphabet fuel and charging management makes things easy and efficient. Your drivers are provided with fuel cards for petrol stations belonging to our extensive international partner network that includes providers such as BP  and Shell.

 

The Alphabet Fuel Card enables your drivers to purchase fuel and charge their vehicles, while also offering the option to pay for vehicle-related products like engine oil, screenwash, antifreeze or the Swiss motorway vignette.

Transactions

Using this fuel card enables drivers to refuel or charge their vehicles with a simple, cashless payment and also minimises the administrative burden on fleet managers. That’s because Alphabet fuel and charging management optimises the processing of invoices: we take care of payments and you receive a consolidated monthly invoice for all products and services purchased.
