Sustainably advancing mobility
We believe that sustainability means being actively involved in responsibly delivering positive change. Transparency and commitment are essential factors in our work, ensuring that every action is verifiable and has a long-term impact.
Based on this principle, we guide your fleet operations in a sustainable direction and act as your responsible partner.
Environmental awareness – responsibility coupled with foresight
We measure and report our own carbon footprint in line with the GHG Protocol. In collaboration with our parent company, BMW Group AG, we have set reduction targets and are implementing appropriate measures. Our building uses a heat pump that is powered totally by electricity from renewable sources. Our employees also benefit from attractive terms for electric vehicles, as well as free charging stations at work. Furthermore, we have set ourselves the goal that half our vehicle fleet will be fully electric by 2030.
We make it easier for our customers to switch to electric mobility, using our carbon manager, for example, which enables fleet managers to monitor their fleet emissions.
We are committed to the Swiss Electromobility Roadmap, are a member of the Swiss E-Mobility Association and aim to shape the mobility of the future together with our partners.
Society – impactful commitment
We use our annual social days to do volunteer work.
We create an attractive working environment that is continuously evaluated through employee surveys and improved by means of targeted measures to sustainably increase employee satisfaction. We actively support our employees' mental health by means of comprehensive advisory services.
Furthermore, we promote greater inclusion thanks to accessible workplaces and offer improved family benefits, such as extended maternity and paternity leave, to optimise work-life balance.
We specifically invest in developing young talent by offering apprenticeships, internships and trainee programmes. This creates opportunities for young talent, while contributing to the development of qualified professionals, which is essential for a sustainable future for both our organisation and society as a whole.
We are aware that sustainability is a collaborative task. That is why we work closely with our suppliers and distributors to promote ecological and socially responsible solutions along our value chain.
Governance – purposeful corporate management
We have been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Rating for our comprehensive commitment to sustainability.
We have set ourselves the goal of auditing all partners against sustainability criteria by the end of 2026 as part of our responsible sourcing process.
We value transparency, which is why we publish an annual sustainability report.
An ESG Officer is responsible for sustainability at our Swiss site, coordinating and promoting the relevant activities.
