If you click “Apply” on the job description page, you will be redirected to the BMW Group Recruiting System. Please create your application profile, fill in the remaining fields, answer the questions and upload your files. After your upload is complete, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation.
If you meet the required application criteria, we will contact you to get to know you better. Depending on the position to be filled, the selection procedure may consist of one or more interviews. In some cases, you will have a telephone interview before your in-person interview. The application process gives us the opportunity to assess whether we want to shape Alphabet’s future together. Once we have decided to hire you, your onboarding process will begin – assuming, of course, that you are also keen to become part of the Alphabet family.
Take a close look at your contract documents to familiarise yourself with your new employer. If you would like to become part of the Alphabet family, simply sign your contract and return it to us. As Alphabet is part of the BMW Group, you sign the contract with BMW Switzerland Ltd and benefit from all the associated advantages.
On your first day of work, there will be a welcome meeting with HR and your supervisor. We will meet in places including the unique BMW Group Brand Experience Center in Dielsdorf (ZH), where we will introduce you to our brand world, explain the history and future of the BMW Group, and help you get to know the location. We will also take this opportunity to provide you with your IT equipment. Now you are ready to hit the ground running. Let’s get started and work together to make great ideas a reality.
Answers to your questions about the application process
If you are interested in more than one position, you can submit several applications at the same time.
We will notify you as soon as we receive your application. Human Resources will call to inform you about any acceptance and also contact you promptly to discuss the key parameters of your future collaboration with the company.
The most important thing in your application is the overall impression you make. This includes your skills, knowledge and character as well as your school and university marks. These are not the only decisive factors, but they shouldn’t be neglected. The final decision regarding your application ultimately depends on the best possible mix of all these aspects.
