VLV & Alphabet: a long-term partnership that works

VLV is a company that specialises in the sale of safety systems. For several years now, VLV has been relying on Alphabet for its fleet management. Alexandre Diaz Lopez, the company's fleet manager, told us how the cooperation with the leasing company works and what advantages VLV gets from it.

The main advantage: manageability

The undeniable advantage of Alphabet is the manageability it provides for the company. Indeed, the leasing company takes care of everything from A to Z. Previously, VLV managed its fleet with its own resources. Today, their fleet consists of around 40 leased vehicles, both commercial and private.

By appealing to a leasing company, the organisation delegates all its problems: "Alphabet manages our fleet. The vehicles belong to the Alphabet team, and we delegate everything to them. Everything goes through them, and we no longer have to deal with the hassle of insurance, claims management, or technical inspections. It makes managing the fleet way easier."

A lighter workload

Without Alphabet, managing the company's fleet on a daily basis would not be as easy for the VLV fleet manager. The workload would definitely be more substantial, and the problems would not be resolved as easily: "At Alphabet, there are well-defined teams for each type of problem or request. It's easier," says Alexandre Diaz.

The online tool Fleet Agent is also an interesting added value. This tool enables easy fleet management: car ordering, rate calculation, offer comparison, and tracking of damages... everything related to your fleet can be managed online, at any time. "I also use Fleet Agent. It's very well done. Personally, I find it especially useful for offer calculations or contract modifications and verifications," adds the fleet manager.

Alphabet's main quality as a partner? Its reactivity. Alexandre Diaz specifies: "The collaboration with Alphabet is going very well. They are very responsive and attentive to our needs. The human relationship is really great."
