Alphabet Poland introduces Carbon Manager – an innovative tool for reducing fleet emissions

Alphabet Poland, a company specializing in leasing and business mobility solutions, is launching Alphabet Carbon Manager on the Polish market – an advanced platform designed to help companies effectively manage and reduce greenhouse gas emissions generated by their vehicle fleets. The solution is the result of a strategic partnership with Plan A, Europe’s leading provider of ESG reporting, decarbonization, and carbon footprint management solutions.
Why do companies need emission monitoring tools?
New EU regulations (CSRD – Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), growing expectations from investors and business partners, as well as internal sustainability goals are driving more and more organizations to take proactive steps toward reducing emissions. To do so effectively, businesses need reliable tools for calculating greenhouse gas emissions in line with international standards.
According to this year’s European Fleet Emission Monitor (EFEM) study, the number of companies tracking fleet emissions continues to grow, but only 27% can accurately measure their CO₂e emissions[1]. Outdated methods also contribute to the gap between data collection and practical use – for example, as many as 26% of surveyed companies still rely on Excel spreadsheets.
Alphabet Carbon Manager directly addresses these challenges. The platform allows companies to calculate and reliably report their CO₂e emissions. It also enables testing of different reduction scenarios and implementation of effective decarbonization strategies.
Agata Stachaszewska, Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer, Alphabet Polska comments:
“The latest EFEM 2025 report shows that while companies are increasingly aware of climate issues and monitoring emissions more actively, strategic action is still lacking. Reliance on fragmented, manual systems makes it difficult for fleet managers to draw meaningful insights and respond effectively to regulatory and cost pressures. Alphabet Carbon Manager solves this problem by providing companies with transparent, intuitive, and scientifically validated support – giving them real opportunities to implement change on the path to sustainable mobility. Offering our clients a dedicated tool for emission monitoring and reporting is part of our holistic ESG approach. To reinforce this commitment, our internal ESG team has recently been strengthened with the addition of an ESG Officer, whose key task is to support our corporate clients in all ESG-related areas.”
Key benefits of Carbon Manager
Alphabet Carbon Manager consolidates all fleet emission data in one place, drawing from multiple sources. With its intuitive dashboard, companies gain quick access to key indicators and can continuously monitor their CO₂e emissions – calculated in accordance with the GHG Protocol[1]. Importantly, greenhouse gas calculations are based on local emission factors for Poland. The methodology has also been certified by TÜV Rheinland, ensuring reliability and compliance with international standards.
Carbon Manager is a comprehensive SaaS solution that covers the entire process: from data collection and reporting to the creation of emission reduction plans. The platform not only shows how much greenhouse gas a fleet generates – it also enables analysis, planning, and implementation of decarbonization strategies.
Ready for the green transition?
After successful rollouts in Western European markets, Alphabet Carbon Manager is now available to clients in Poland. This marks another step by Alphabet Poland toward delivering smart, sustainable, and future-proof fleet solutions.
Piotr Wróbel, Chief Commercial Officer at Alphabet Poland, summarizes:
“We know that many of our clients want to act responsibly, but lack the right tools to do so. With Alphabet Carbon Manager, every company – regardless of fleet size – can now easily begin its digital transformation, reduce its fleet’s carbon footprint, and align with modern ESG standards.”
