Warsaw, 08.09.2026 – Effective 1 September 2026, responsibilities within the management teams of Alphabet Poland and BMW Financial Services Poland have been realigned. The changes build on the executives’ experience gained across BMW Group’s Polish and international organisations and support the continued development of both companies, which provide mobility and vehicle financing solutions for corporate and private customers.

Agata Stachaszewska has assumed the position of Chief Sales Officer at Alphabet Poland. She has been with Alphabet since the company established its Polish operations in 2011. She subsequently spent nine years developing her career in Germany and the United Kingdom, including roles at Alphabet International, Alphabet UK and BMW Financial Services, where she held strategic positions in business development, sales and marketing. From July 2023 until taking on her new role, she served as Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer at Alphabet Poland and BMW Financial Services Poland, with responsibility for marketing, strategy, product development, ESG and insurance sales through BMW Group’s dealer network.

“Alphabet is a brand I have been associated with since the beginning of its presence in Poland. Taking responsibility for the commercial function is a natural next step for me. My goal is to bring together market knowledge, international experience and close customer relationships so that, together with the team, we can develop solutions that respond to the evolving needs of business mobility,” says Agata Stachaszewska.

Piotr Wróbel has assumed the position of Chief Sales Officer at BMW Financial Services Poland. Before taking on his new role, he had been responsible for Alphabet Poland’s commercial activities as Chief Commercial Officer since June 2023. Piotr Wróbel is a sales executive with a long-standing track record in managing B2B sales across the automotive and financial services sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully built sales organisations both on the importer side (NSC) and, above all, in the Car Fleet Management segment. Today, he applies his automotive market knowledge and B2B financial services expertise within an organisation providing financial solutions to both private and corporate customers

"My experience at Alphabet gave me an even deeper understanding of corporate customers’ needs and the importance of flexible mobility solutions. In my new role, I want to use this perspective to support the continued development of BMW Financial Services’ sales activities and strengthen our cooperation with customers and business partners,” says Piotr Wróbel.

Henning Altenbokum has assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at Alphabet Poland and BMW Financial Services Poland since 1 August. He has more than 15 years of experience with BMW Financial Services across Europe and Asia, spanning finance, sales, operations and management. Before joining the Polish organisations, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at BMW Financial Services Japan. Previously, he headed Controlling and Data Analytics for BMW Financial Services across Scandinavia and the Baltic states, having earlier held sales and operations roles in Norway. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of London.

“I look forward to the new challenges ahead and to taking on my new role in Poland. I want to draw on my international experience in finance, sales and operations to support the stable development of both companies, harness the potential of data and technology, and create long-term value for our customers and partners,” says Henning Altenbokum.

Andreas Koser, who previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Alphabet Poland and BMW Financial Services Poland, assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at BMW Financial Services South Africa in Johannesburg in August 2026.
