Yes. Whether you need a single vehicle or several vehicles simultaneously for a project, a peak period, or a temporary fleet expansion, Alphabet Rent offers a flexible solution tailored to your needs.
Alphabet Rent operates with a transparent all-inclusive rental formula, allowing you to drive with complete peace of mind. Your contact person will gladly provide an overview of what is included in your specific rental arrangement.
The rental ends when the vehicle is returned to one of our branches or when you notify us in writing that the vehicle may be collected by sending an email to drivercenter@alphabet.be.
The vehicle can also be deregistered online. Simply scan the QR code attached to the vehicle's keyring to access the appropriate webpage directly.
The vehicle can be collected anywhere in Belgium at an address specified by you, such as your workplace, a garage or body shop, or your home address.
If we collect the vehicle from a garage or body shop, the driver does not need to be present during the vehicle inspection. Should you wish to attend the inspection, we kindly ask that you return the vehicle to one of our branches in Aartselaar, Zaventem, Hasselt, or Ghent.
Please note that you remain responsible for any damage to the vehicle until it has been collected by one of our employees. In addition, the vehicle must always be returned with a full tank of fuel and in a clean condition.
All our employees are equipped with an iPad and specialised software that allows them to carry out an inspection on-site and create a photographic record of the rental vehicle. Following the inspection, our employee will review the report with the driver and request a signature on the tablet. Once signed, the rental file is completed and the report is immediately available to the driver, HR department, fleet manager, or other designated contacts.
For vehicles returned at a garage or body shop, where the driver is not present, a similar inspection report will be prepared and sent to the contact person specified by your organisation.
Anyone holding a valid European driving licence may drive the vehicle. Drivers with a provisional driving licence may also use a short-term rental vehicle, provided they comply with all legal requirements associated with their licence. Our standard insurance cover includes multiple drivers and young drivers. We also recommend consulting your company's Car Policy for any internal guidelines that may apply.
All Alphabet Rent vehicles are fitted with all-season tyres, which are certified and recognised as winter tyres in countries such as Germany and Austria. This allows drivers to travel during the winter season with confidence and peace of mind.
Road vignettes are not provided by Alphabet and must be obtained directly by the user before travelling.
