Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 ("Data Act"), we adhere to the principles of transparency, fairness, and control in the exchange of data. The Data Act ensures that data generated by connected products, including vehicles, is accessible under clear conditions and in accordance with the highest standards of security and data protection. Under Article 3, paragraph 2 of the Data Act, we, as lessor and/or seller of (used) vehicles, are required to make the pre-contractual information regarding data generated by the connected vehicle (as provided by the manufacturers) accessible to the user. However, we do not have access to this data nor do we use it.


If you wish to access the data generated by your vehicle, we kindly ask you to contact the manufacturer directly (the "data holder" as defined in Article 2, paragraph 13 of the Data Act) or by clicking one of the links below.
