Elevating intelligence: The next evolution of the Alphabet AI Assistant
Since its launch last year, the Alphabet AI Assistant has supported fleet managers for more than 10.000 data queries. The latest update shifts it from reporting to consulting: it interprets live data from Alphabet Connected Fleet, highlights risks, and points to timely actions. Built on a new agent-based framework, it generates tables, charts, and recommendations which can be saved as widgets on a redesigned dashboard – creating a personalised control centre for daily priorities.
Ask in natural language, get actionable answers – now contracts can be recalibrated early, driver behaviour can be optimised, and electrification progress can be tracked in real time.
Future capabilities include AI-driven contract modifications and a hands-free voice mode, rolled out step by step after launch.
