Your advantages
If your contract includes winter tires, you can order them from an Alphabet partner.
Every September, Alphabet will send you an invitation for the tire change. In early April, you will receive another invitation to switch back to summer tires.
If you have a new vehicle delivered between October and February, you will receive an email invitation to change tires immediately after delivery. However, BMW/MINI vehicles will be delivered with winter tires mounted during this period.
Winter tires significantly increase safety during the cold winter months by offering benefits such as improved grip and reduced aquaplaning.
You can read this blog post for more information on winter tires.
We have selected several tire brands for you to choose from. These excellent-quality brands ensure your safety on the road at all times.
You can check if your tires are worn out by measuring the tread depth. If your summer tires have a tread depth of 2 mm or less, it is time to have them replaced. Winter tires should have a minimum tread depth of 3 mm.
You can schedule an appointment at one of our partner tire centers to have your worn-out tires replaced.

No, we do not. However, some of our partner tire centers sell and rent snow chains.
Snow chains are not included in our lease packages. If you wish to purchase or rent them, you must pay for them yourself.
Please make sure that the chains are compatible with your leased vehicle. If your vehicle is damaged due to faulty or poorly fitting chains, you will have to pay for the damage.
