Fuel cards via Alphabet


If your company has chosen the Alphabet fuel system, you will receive an Alphabet Fuel Card. This card allows you to refuel at many fuel stations 24/7.

 

You will receive a secret PIN with your fuel card. Enter your odometer reading at every refueling session. This information is important for ensuring the accuracy of the reports that we provide to your company.

Our fuel cards

At Alphabet, we offer two types of fuel cards.

 

Which fuel card you receive depends on your employer.

NFC Premium Card

    

  • Comfort
  • Extensive network of national and international fuel stations in Europe
  • Valid for AdBlue and CNG refueling, as well as toll payments.
  • Valid at Shell, Q8, Dats24, TotalEnergies, and Esso fuel stations

NFC Light Card

    

  • Highest discount per liter
  • Valid at 640 fuel stations in Belgium. International refueling is possible as well
  • Valid for AdBlue and CNG refueling, as well as toll payments
  • Valid at Shell Express, Q8 Easy, Dats24, and Esso fuel stations

Fuel declaration

If you cannot get to a terminal that accepts your fuel card, you will need to pay for the fuel yourself. You can claim this back via the fuel declaration form.

 

Please complete and return this form, along with the receipt to Alphabet’s Fuel Administration department at financialfuelandreporting@alphabet.be. The sum will be paid into your account as soon as possible. 

 

You can also recover your costs via the Alphabet app.

What to do if your fuel card is lost or stolen?

If your fuel card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately.

  • You can also contact the Shell Helpdesk at +32 (0)2 508 92 11 for the NFC Premium Card and the NFC Light Card. The Shell Helpdesk is available 24/7.
