How to return your lease car

Our partner, Macadam, will contact you to arrange the collection date and location.

 

  • As the driver, please make sure you are present at the agreed time.
  • Make sure that the vehicle is clean.
  • Make sure that all the original vehicle documents (registration certificate, certificate of conformity and insurance certificate) are present.
  • Make sure you have all the vehicle keys with you.

 

Our Car Controller will inspect the vehicle for approximately twenty minutes, draw up the collection report and sign it.

How to purchase your lease car

When your lease contract expires, you have the first option to take over the car. By that point, you will know the car inside out, including how well it has been maintained and how enjoyable it is to drive. This makes it an ideal choice if you are looking for a new car for yourself, a family member, friend or colleague.

 

Thanks to the collaboration between Alphabet Belgium and Falcomotive, this process is completely hassle-free. Three months before the end of your lease contract, you can request the purchase price from Alphabet.

Return or purchase your lease bike

Alphabet will contact you 2 to 3 months before the date your bike's lease contract ends. We will inform you of the two options available to you at the end of the contract.

 

  • Return your lease bike: We ask you to inform us about where and when the bike will be returned via remarketingbikelease@alphabet.be. This can be done at the bike dealer where you took delivery of the bike. This bike dealer must be included in B2Bike's network.
 
  • Purchase your lease bike: If you wish to buy your lease bike, we ask you to provide your agreement as well as the correct contact details for preparing the sales invoice via remarketingbikelease@alphabet.be. Our partner B2Bike will provide you with the necessary payment information.
