UK research lifts the lid on British motoring habits and opinions
A new report into the habits and opinions of the British public on mobility has revealed that the UK is still a nation of car drivers. The survey found more than half (55%) of commuters with a vehicle take at least 30 minutes to get to their place of work, with nearly a quarter (24%) now having a commute more than an hour long.
Leadership change at Alphabet, new CEO takes over July 1st
Marco Lessacher will take up the position of Chief Executive Officer at Alphabet International on July 1st 2019, succeeding long-standing CEO Norbert van den Eijnden. Lessacher will continue the successful work of his predecessor to make the company future-proof and position it as a leader in the fast-changing mobility services industry.
New responsibilities at Alphabet

Dr. Andreas Fischer has started as Head of Risk Management and Compliance at Alphabet International on April 1st. Helmut Hoidn will take on the position of Chief Executive Officer at Alphabet Poland, starting August 1st.
Alphabet figures for 2018 report continuous growth
