International Motor Insurance card (IMIC)
The international motor insurance card is a certificate which proves that your current car is covered by the insurance. In the Netherlands this is better known as the “groene kaart” or literally translated “green card”. This definition can be misleading since this certificate does not have to be green in most use cases, but rather can be shown in black and white or digitally.
