As per the government’s extension of the ‘lock down’ period, all of Cox Automotive’s physical locations and activities remain shut down.
These include all offices, physical auction sites and our vehicle solutions businesses.
But while coronavirus has limited our ability to keep all of our products and services available, we continue to support our customers where we can.
Team members are working from home, supporting customer requirements and preparing for the return to operations.
Our Dealer Auction, Modix and Manheim digital businesses, together with NextGear Capital, continue to operate and support customer needs. Team members in our physical businesses are busy preparing for a return to operations.
We have also introduced a number of temporary measures aimed at easing their burden. Customers will have received communications about these already, but if needed, you’ll find details are on our websites.
