October 2015 – Business Mobility Specialist Alphabet has appointed Clare Witty as Employee Engagement Manager. Clare will continue to develop Alphabet’s engagement programme.

With 10 years’ experience at BMW Group UK working in events and partnerships, Clare brings with her not only expertise in marketing and public relations, but a real passion for ensuring Alphabet’s cultural values are implemented throughout the business.

Clare’s role focuses on three key areas of the business: cultural values, reward and recognition, and corporate social responsibility and charity. With her goals firmly set on continuing the impressive work already in place, she will also be kicking off collaborative schemes across the business.

Clare says “Alphabet as a business is hugely infectious. The teams thrive on a strong employee culture; something that Alphabet has worked hard to nurture over the past couple of years. It’s not about hierarchy, it’s about an organisation that has grown together over time. I am thrilled to be part of a business whose senior executive team is so enthusiastic about the role each employee plays and this is something I am excited to be involved in.”

Commenting on the appointment, Adam Lupton, HR Director at Alphabet said: “At Alphabet we pride ourselves on our key cultural values – passionate, collaborative, proactive, customer orientated and entrepreneurial - they have taken root within every department of the business, our employees are the voice of the company. Appointing Clare was an easy decision due to her impressive experience and individual achievements. Clare’s personality and passion fitted the role perfectly, we’re delighted to welcome Clare to the Alphabet family.
