How many tyres are included in my lease agreement?

The number of tyres included depends on the agreed term and kilometres that will be driven. 
You will find the exact number of tyres included in your lease agreement. Your personal customer consultant will be happy to assist you should you have any questions related to tyre service. 

How do I pay for the tyre service at the garage?

If the tyre service is an integral part of the lease agreement, the costs will be directly invoiced to Alphabet. Please always present your personal service card, with which you identify yourself as an Alphabet customer. 

How do I proceed in the event of changing tyres or tyre service?

If the maintenance and wear and tear and/or tyre service is an integral part of the lease agreement, you can arrange an appointment directly at one of our tyre partners or official dealerships. Please identify yourself as an Alphabet customer and bring your personal service card to each garage visit.
