How can I request a new fuel card (in the event of loss or theft)?

The easiest way is with our online we-form right here
Alternatively contact the service hotline at +41 (0)58 269 65 67 to report the loss or theft of your fuel card. Please have your number plate or agreement number ready. 

What will requesting a new fuel card cost?

We usually do not charge any costs for the replacement of a fuel card in the event of loss or theft. However, Alphabet reserves the right to charge costs if a replacement fuel card is requested multiple times. 

How can I reclaim any fuel costs paid in cash?

You can submit a reimbursement request via the AlphaGuide app or via the official request form to reclaim any cash expenditures. Once we have received all required documents, the amount will be reimbursed.
