How can I report an accident/loss or damage?

Provided the insurance cover and/or claims management was concluded via Alphabet, any loss or damage can be reported directly to Alphabet Assistance via the AlphaGuide app or by calling +41 (0)800 818 418. 

How do I stay mobile in the event of a total write-off?

We will be happy to assist you in the procurement of a replacement vehicle in the event of a total write-off so that your mobility is guaranteed. Depending on the claim, the replacement vehicle will either be made available by the insurance company or the costs for the replacement vehicle will be invoiced to the company. 

What do I have to pay attention to in the event of a claim?

Provided the insurance cover and/or claims management was concluded via Alphabet, any loss or damage can be reported directly to Alphabet Assistance by calling +41 (0)800 818 418. 

Alternatively, you can report the claim directly via the AlphaGuide app. 

What is covered by stationary insurance?

Stationary insurance covers any loss or damage caused by third parties to the parked, vacant vehicle. A deductible depending on the service category selected can arise per claim. 

What does the fully comprehensive insurance cover? 

Fully comprehensive insurance covers any loss or damage of your own vehicle that was caused due to an accident or act of vandalism. A deductible depending on the service category selected can arise per claim. 

What does partial coverage comprise? 

Partial coverage comprises any loss or damage to your own vehicle that was caused by theft, fire, glass breakage, landslides or collisions with animals. A deductible depending on the service category selected can arise per claim. 

Can claims be cumulated when processed by the insurance company?

It is not possible to cumulate claims. The agreed deductible is calculated and invoiced per event.
