Complaints procedure

We regret that you are not completely satisfied with our services. We will be happy to hear from you what we can do better.


  • Email your complaint to
  • Within 1 working day, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your complaint. In it you will also find the details of one of our employees who can provide you with further information about your file.
  • We aim to provide you with feedback within five working days.

Consumer Mediation Service

If at the end of the day you are not content with the processing of your complaint, you can turn to the Consumer Mediation Service.

Insurance Ombudsman

If you have a complaint about our services regarding insurance that we are unable to solve in mutual consultation, you can contact the Insurance Ombudsman.
