SD Worx and Alphabet hand over 19 Peugeot benefit cars
Antwerp, 6 October 2015 – As part of the Flex Income Plan, SD Worx, in association with leasing partner Alphabet, consigned the 19 Peugeot benefit cars in Wilrijk today. Flexible remuneration is a key factor to an increasing number of employees in deciding whether or not to accept a particular job offer. Which is why SD Worx launched the Flex Income Plan as early as 2007, as a system to put together pay packages that are tailored to individual employees' needs and wishes. Of the available budget which the employee can freely spend under the Flex Income Plan, 59% goes to a company car, which makes it the most popular choice by far.
Research conducted by SD Worx (2014) shows that 62.6% of Belgian employees like to pick and mix their own pay package, whereas a mere 8.6% of Belgian employers are currently providing this opportunity. In catering for this demand, SD Worx is offering its customers the Flex Income Plan. This includes guidance and advice in putting together and implementing the plan, along with the relevant software to automate the whole procedure as well as follow-up throughout the project in its whole.
Needless to say SD Worx is also offering the Flex Income Plan to its own employees. The hand-over of the Peugeot benefit cars fits in with these developments.
