Alphabet presents sustainable mobility solutions at motor show

Aartselaar, 15 January 2014 – For the second year in a row, particular attention will be paid to sustainable mobility at the 92nd Brussels motor show. This year, the “Cleaner Mobility” zone will welcome about ten exhibitors active in the clean mobility sector, including the leasing company Alphabet Belgium.

With almost 900 m² of exhibition space in Hall 4, this year the Brussels Motor Show is making plenty of room available for alternative means of transport and accessories such as electric and hybrid cars, charging systems and services included in the concept of alternative urban mobility. Alphabet will be there too, with its complementary mobility solutions for both electric transport and professional car sharing.

A host of new features are entering the automobile sector and companies are dealing ever more efficiently and sustainably with the issue of mobility. As a result, electric vehicles and eMobility are becoming increasingly important in a modern fleet policy. “Alphabet is delighted to make the most of this trend with AlphaElectric, our comprehensive fleet solution for electric transport. This new mobility service, a four-step tailor-made analysis, aims to remove existing thresholds and promote confidence in electric transport,” says Marc Vandenbergh, Director Sales & Marketing at Alphabet.

AlphaCity is the innovative car sharing concept from Alphabet. This alternative pool management system greatly facilitates the use of shared cars and keeps down the cost of business travel. It therefore offers a fully-fledged alternative to hired cars, public transport, pool cars and taxis.
