Alphabet expands Sales & Marketing Management team
Aartselaar, 29 January 2016 - Alphabet Belgium has made some key changes to its Sales & Marketing structure this year. Its commercial management team is being expanded to five members to enable Alphabet to continue to guarantee its clients the highest level of service possible.
5 instead of 3 divisions in the Sales & Marketing structure with their own specific area of expertise will give Alphabet an even clearer focus on customer orientation. ‘We thought very carefully about the feedback we received from our customers,’ explains Christel Reynaerts, CEO of Alphabet Belgium. ‘We learned that aspects such as accessibility, as well as ownership and direct lines of communication can be even more streamlined. As a result, we have based our new structure on these three pillars with a view to taking customer experience to an even higher level.’
Marc Vandenbergh, Director Sales & Marketing Alphabet Belgium since 2010, is proud to announce this expansion. ‘Expanding our management team not only ensures that we can continue providing high-quality service to our customers, it also guarantees that the internal structure of our continually-growing organisation stays efficient, transparent and sustainable. Considering our expanded portfolio of vehicles, this was a logical step; moreover, it also guarantees our ambition to continue achieving strong growth for the coming period.’
Joke Vincx will be appointed Sales Manager Key Accounts. In her new position, Joke will be handling the customers managing fleets of over 150 vehicles. Wim Van Rumst will be joining the Alphabet management team as its Sales Manager SME. He will be responsible for fleets of up to 150 vehicles. As Sales Manager New Accounts, Olivier Opsomer and his team will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, the following up of tenders and international coordination. Ann Massart will be appointed Manager Marketing & Business Development, in which her current responsibilities as the Manager Marketing & Communication will be extended with the further expansion of indirect sales channels. In conclusion, a team leader will be directing the Sales Planning & Steering department. This new unit was created to support sales activities.
