Alphabet Mobility Card
The products and services you can use through the Alphabet Mobility Card depend on the Mobility Policy of your company and on the authorisation that your employer has granted. You will find a complete overview of all the available services below:

Usage Alphabet Mobility Card
You can consult all the transactions you have carried out and your available credit by logging in to the secure page ‘My XXImo’.
Only the fleet manager can have us change the mobility services you use. To do so, he or she must contact email@example.com.
Once a month, the credit balance on your card is topped up to the budget agreed with your employer. You will receive the full budget the first time, and after that your budget will be topped up every month to the limited indicated. Your monthly limit will always be available on the first day of the month.
You can always consult your available credit through the (mobile) website of our partner XXImo and through the XXImo app.
Your Alphabet Mobility Card will be automatically blocked if you have entered an incorrect pin code three times. Contact Alphabet at firstname.lastname@example.org so that an application can be made for a new card. You will need to choose a new pin code, after which your new Alphabet Mobility Card will be made.
An application for a new Alphabet Mobility Card will have to be submitted. For this contact Alphabet at email@example.com so that a new card can be provided as soon as possible.
If your card is lost or stolen you must immediately report this to the XXImo service desk on 0032 78 656 452; the service is available 24/7. Your Alphabet Mobility Card will be blocked immediately. You must also report this to Alphabet afterwards at firstname.lastname@example.org (after you have reported it to the police, if applicable). We will do what is necessary to apply for a new card for you according to the standard procedure.
App & Mobile website
Our partner XXImo has a free app for iPhone, Android and Windows.
As an Alphabet Mobility card holder you can do the following anywhere and anytime:
- Consult your credit balance
- Plan a route (by car or by public transport)
- Find the nearest petrol station
- Find the nearest parking garage
- Find the nearest carwash facility
- Request your pin code
- Contact the XXImo service desk
If your smartphone uses a different operating system, you can consult the mobile website www.xximomobiel.be. This website works on all types of smartphone or tablet. You will first need to login with your login details to be able to look at your details.
The web browser of your smartphone must accept cookies to be able to use the mobile website. You can adjust your browser settings yourself to make this possible.
You can request your pin code by logging in to www.xximomobiel.be. When you choose the ‘Request pin code’ option you will be asked a security question before you can request your pin code.
