Alphabet Mobility Card

The products and services you can use through the Alphabet Mobility Card depend on the Mobility Policy of your company and on the authorisation that your employer has granted. You will find a complete overview of all the available services below:

Bike
  • Hire a bicycle in various cities through Blue-bike, Velo Antwerp and Villo Brussels.

Car Wash

  • All car wash facilities that accept VISA.

Taxi

  • Any taxi which accepts Visa.
  • Through the e-Cab taxi service app.

Parking and road toll

  • Q-park, Interparking, Apcoa, Vinci & B-Parking sites
  • Car parks at airports
  • Parking in the street at parking ticket machines that accept VISA
  • SMS-Parking Mobile-for (4411)
  • Toll tunnels, toll bridges and toll roads.

Public transport

  • NMBS/SNCB (Belgian Railways): both online and at the ticket machines
  • International train journeys
  • m-ticket and season tickets De Lijn
  • Public transport (including the metro) in Brussels

Filling up:

  • Accepted at 2,950 petrol stations in Belgium and at 28,350 petrol stations in Europe where VISA payment cards are accepted.

Usage Alphabet Mobility Card

Where can I consult my transactions?

You can consult all the transactions you have carried out and your available credit by logging in to the secure page ‘My XXImo’.

How can I manage my mobility services?

Only the fleet manager can have us change the mobility services you use. To do so, he or she must contact cardmanagement@alphabet.be.

How is the credit balance on my Alphabet Mobility Card topped up?

Once a month, the credit balance on your card is topped up to the budget agreed with your employer. You will receive the full budget the first time, and after that your budget will be topped up every month to the limited indicated. Your monthly limit will always be available on the first day of the month.

How can I consult the credit balance on my card?

You can always consult your available credit through the (mobile) website of our partner XXImo and through the XXImo app.

What happens after I have entered an incorrect pin code three times?

Your Alphabet Mobility Card will be automatically blocked if you have entered an incorrect pin code three times. Contact Alphabet at cardmanagement@alphabet.be so that an application can be made for a new card. You will need to choose a new pin code, after which your new Alphabet Mobility Card will be made.

What must I do if my Alphabet Mobility Card is damaged and can no longer be used?

An application for a new Alphabet Mobility Card will have to be submitted. For this contact Alphabet at cardmanagement@alphabet.be so that a new card can be provided as soon as possible.

What must I do if my Alphabet Mobility Card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen you must immediately report this to the XXImo service desk on 0032 78 656 452; the service is available 24/7. Your Alphabet Mobility Card will be blocked immediately. You must also report this to Alphabet afterwards at cardmanagement@alphabet.be (after you have reported it to the police, if applicable). We will do what is necessary to apply for a new card for you according to the standard procedure.

What can I do with the XXImo app?

As an Alphabet Mobility card holder you can do the following anywhere and anytime:

  • Consult your credit balance
  • Plan a route (by car or by public transport)
  • Find the nearest petrol station
  • Find the nearest parking garage
  • Find the nearest carwash facility
  • Request your pin code
  • Contact the XXImo service desk

What can I do if the app is not available for my smartphone’s operating system?

If your smartphone uses a different operating system, you can consult the mobile website www.xximomobiel.be. This website works on all types of smartphone or tablet. You will first need to login with your login details to be able to look at your details.

Why can’t I login to the xximomobiel.be mobile website?

The web browser of your smartphone must accept cookies to be able to use the mobile website. You can adjust your browser settings yourself to make this possible.

What must I do if I have forgotten the pin code for my Alphabet Mobility Card?

You can request your pin code by logging in to www.xximomobiel.be. When you choose the ‘Request pin code’ option you will be asked a security question before you can request your pin code.
