AlphaTact is the new consulting approach towards Sustainable Fleet Management. It is focused on cost savings and CO2 emissions which is based on five steps. These steps cover the whole consultancy process ranging from the analysis of the current situation to the definition of a masterplan and finally the implementation and monitoring of defined objectives.

Elements such as fuel economy, driver behaviour and car policy are taken into account to improve the car fleet significantly in terms of cost savings and sustainability.
