Alphabet preferred Supplier

Alphabet, a leading provider of fleet solutions and part of the BMW Group, has been selected for accreditation as a ‘Recommended Industry Supplier’ following a survey that was conducted among the Institute of Transport Management’s members.

Respondents nominated companies from which they have received excellent service and as a result Alphabet is now included within their listing of preferred suppliers.

Companies are selected when the products and/or services provided are deemed to reach the high standards set by the Institute. Businesses must distinguish themselves by offering unequivocal standards of customer service, product range and value, and overall professionalism and reliability. Recipients of this award are recognised as important and successful players in their field.

The accreditation by ITM consolidates Alphabet’s position as the UK’s leading provider of fleet solutions. It follows Alphabet being named ‘Car Scheme Provider of the Year 2006’ by Employee Rewards and Benefits magazine and topping the 2005 APD Landmark Pre Sale Customer Satisfaction Survey with the industry’s highest score since 1999.
